Where We Ship
We currently ship to select countries only — not worldwide. Please check at checkout to confirm we deliver to your location before placing an order.
International orders pass through your destination country's customs process. Customs procedures vary by country and can sometimes cause delays. If you think your order is stuck in customs, we recommend reaching out to your local shipping carrier directly, as they'll have the most accurate information.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)
- United States: 6–12 business days
- Canada: 8–12 business days
- Europe: 8–12 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- Central & South America: 8–15 business days
- Asia: 5–10 business days
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, as each item is carefully made and prepared before it ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
Customs Fees
Any customs fees charged on your order are the responsibility of the customer. If your package is delayed in customs, contact us and we'll do what we can to help, but we are not able to cover customs charges.
Shipping Info Errors
Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it at no charge. Once it has shipped, you'll need to contact the courier directly to correct the address. We're not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, a reshipping fee will apply and standard processing times will restart.
Tracking Not Updating
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to reflect movement. If it's been longer than that with no update, email us at gloweyecases@gmail.com.
Marked "Delivered" but Not Received
Courier GPS systems sometimes mark packages as delivered a bit early. Give it one extra business day — it often turns up. For the most accurate info, contact your local USPS or UPS office. If you're still concerned after that, reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.
